The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and Peer Recovery Specialist Certification (which can be completed after hire). This is a full-time, non-exempt role with evening shifts from Thursday to Saturday.

Qualifications

• Lived experience with SUD or SMI or related conditions.
• Ability to de-escalate and provide crisis support using peer perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment representation of consumer perspective to assist in de-escalation and crisis intervention.
• Offer empathy, emotional support, and education based on lived experience.
• Collaborate with clinical crisis staff across facility and community settings.
