Job summary

Easton Coach Company LLC seeks a dispatcher to manage the dispatch hotline, relay messages, and record trip details. You will serve as the main contact for drivers on live trips, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely reporting of incidents and vehicle issues.

Role requires calm crisis response, knowledge of local counties, and weekend availability. Prior dispatch experience and ability to obtain necessary licenses are preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to respond calmly to demanding or crisis situations.
• Geographical knowledge of Atlantic, Cape May and Cumberland Counties.
• NJ CDL/Passenger driver license preferred or ability to obtain one after hire.
• Experience with Trapeze Dispatch System or similar.
• All shifts and weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Answer dispatch hotline, take and relay messages, and log call details in the dispatch log.
• Act as point of contact for drivers on live trips and relay driver requests for assistance.
• Distribute keys and manifests to drivers and record interactions in the dispatch log.
