You will support individuals during crisis, implement ABA-based strategies, and help create a safe, structured environment focused on healing and skill-building.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification, plus at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD or in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or with individuals with IDD.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized behavior support plans to encourage positive behavioral change.
• Model ABA-based intervention techniques for staff.
• Track and document behavioral data to measure progress and guide treatment.
