River Edge Behavioral Health in Macon, GA is seeking a Registered Behavioral Technician (CRBT) to join our Crisis Service and Diagnostic Center team. You will support individuals during crisis, implement ABA-based strategies, and help create a safe, structured environment focused on healing and skill-building.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and RBT certification, plus at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with IDD or in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or with individuals with IDD.

Position Overview

As an RBT, you will play a key role in supporting individuals during crisis situations, implementing behavior strategies, and fostering a safe and structured environment focused on healing and skill-building.

Location/Schedule

750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend -7pm7am.
