Job summary

Benton County is seeking dedicated QMHPs to join the Crisis Team. This role involves crisis screening, assessment, and referrals for high‑risk clients needing hospital, residential, or respite care.

You will collaborate with Case Managers and BH staff, coordinate with community partners, and participate in safety planning and follow‑up care. Shift is 1:30pm–10:30pm with holiday work expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, or related behavioral science field.
• Must be registered as a QMHP with MHACBO or eligible to obtain certification within 6 months.
• Experience in mental health services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis screening, assessment, and referrals.
• Coordinate with case managers, peers, and BH technicians.
• Engage with community partners and coordinate services.
• Maintain ethics and confidentiality.
