Job summary

CRi – Community Residences, Inc. invites an experienced Program Director to lead and oversee our mental health programs operating across residential homes, apartments, and office settings in Chantilly, Virginia.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, ensure licensing compliance, oversee admissions and service plans, and help drive performance improvement while serving as a key liaison among individuals served, families, funders, and clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a field related to working with individuals with mental illness.
• At least five years of experience in the mental health field.
• Experience supervising a team of at least four employees.
• Experience with assessments, service planning, program development and coordination, budgets, crisis intervention, community relations, and public speaking.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, supervisory, and written communication skills.
• Ability to effectively manage the clinical, operational, financial, and staffing responsibilities of the position.
• A master’s degree is preferred.
