Frontier Behavioral Health in Spokane is seeking a Program Director to provide clinical and operational leadership for crisis response programs. You will translate organizational goals into effective service delivery, supervise staff, and ensure staffing, training, documentation, and adherence to clinical and regulatory requirements.

You will collaborate with the Director and community partners to drive quality improvement, manage performance metrics, and promote trauma-informed, person-centered

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health sciences is required.
• Five years post-master’s degree experience delivering direct treatment services.
• Experience with crisis intervention and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and operational leadership for assigned crisis programs.
• Ensure staffing, workflow, training, documentation, and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee program planning, supervision of supervisors, and quality improvement.
