Job summary

La Frontera EMPACT - Suicide Prevention Center is seeking a Clinical Coordinator for our Crisis Department in Glendale, AZ. This role involves ensuring quality service delivery, direct counseling, and supervisory duties for clinical staff.

Ideal candidates should possess a Master’s degree in Counseling or related field and an Associate License with AzBBHE. Preferred qualifications include crisis and supervisory experience, along with excellent communication skills and ability to multitask.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the behavioral health field – preferred.
• Crisis experience – preferred.
• Supervisory experience – preferred.
• Program Development experience – preferred.
• Must have Fingerprint clearance card or be eligible to obtain one.
• Must have a valid AZ driver’s license with no major infractions in the past three years.
• Must be 21 years of age or older at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the quality of services to clients through coordinated operations.
• Provide direct service counseling and education services.
• Assist manager with administrative and clinical supervision of staff.
