Job summary

La Frontera Center Inc. is seeking an On-Call Crisis Supervisor to support EMPACT-SPC in Glendale. The role ensures quality service delivery, coordinates daily operations, and provides direct counseling and prevention services to adults, families, and youth.

Supervises Crisis Therapists and Specialists and participates in crisis protocol execution. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Counseling or Social Work, is AzBBHE-licensed (LAC/LAMFT/LMSW/LSAC), and can manage time efficiently while

Qualifications

Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
Licensed by AzBBHE with LAC, LAMFT, LMSW, and LSAC or higher.
Experience with EMPACT-SPC mobile teams and crisis protocols.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Strong time-management and documentation skills.
Fingerprint clearance card required.

Responsibilities

Assist manager with crisis department on-call coordinator duties and staffing.
Ensure compliance with agency standards of care and quality management.
Maintain client records per policies and procedures, including documentation and reporting.
Coordinate service delivery and maintain relationships with related state and community partners.
Provide staff and intern instruction and training.
Participate in committees and work groups as assigned.
