Job summary

Trilogy Behavioral Healthcare seeks a Program Manager (590) to oversee crisis services funded by the IDHS DBHR 590 grant. You will ensure regulatory, contractual, and accreditation compliance while driving outcomes aligned with Trilogy's priorities.

You will lead collaborations across the crisis program, monitor performance, and support growth and sustainability of the 590-funded services.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or related clinical field.
• LCSW, LCPC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist required.
• Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) status required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of 590-funded crisis services across designated service areas.
• Lead quality assurance activities, audits, and performance monitoring for 590 programming.
• Coordinate engagement with community partners and stakeholders for system collaboration.
• Support onboarding, training, mentoring, and workforce development for crisis staff.
• Complete required documentation and ensure compliance with grant and accreditation standards.
