This role provides clinical, operational, and administrative oversight to deliver trauma-informed, community-based crisis services in alignment with state and federal requirements. The position requires a Master’s degree in a related field, an active Illinois clinical license, and 3–5 years of behavioral health

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Illinois clinical license (LCSW/LCPC/LMFT) is required.
• 3–5 years of behavioral health experience, including crisis services.
• 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Mobile Crisis Response program.
• Develop crisis response protocols, workflows, and dispatch procedures.
• Coordinate staffing schedules to ensure continuous coverage.
• Provide clinical and administrative supervision to crisis staff (QMHPs, Mobile Crisis Response Specialists, CPRS).
• Ensure trauma-informed, recovery-oriented, and culturally responsive practices.
