Carle Health is seeking a program leader to oversee the Illinois 590-Crisis Care System grant. You will coordinate operations, ensure compliance, hire grant staff, and manage budgets while collaborating with providers and community partners.

Leads, directs and coordinates State of Illinois Program 590-Crisis Care System grant. Completes operational management and implementation of grant requirements, oversees program staff, and oversees and administers the grant budget funds.
Certification & Licensure Requirements
One of the following:
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR);
Licensed Clinical Psychologist - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR);
Licensed Clinical Professional (LCPC) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR);
Education: Master's Degree: Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, Related Field
Work Experience: Behavioral health
The compensation range for this position is $26.34 per hour - $43.99 per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
