This role involves providing clinical and administrative supervision, developing individual treatment plans, and offering therapeutic interventions. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Social Work, valid clinical licensing, and experience with mentally ill populations. The position offers a competitive salary of $85,000 to $90,000 annually and various employee benefits, including a 401k plan and generous PTO.
Qualifications
2 years of experience working with the serious and persistent mentally ill population.
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
Provide clinical supervision to CRSC clinicians and case managers.
Develop wellness and safety plans with consumers.
Monitor therapeutic environment and ensure consumer care quality.
Participate in required staff training and meetings.
