Job summary

CAMBA is seeking an Outreach Supervisor to lead school-based and community outreach efforts in New York. You will supervise staff, coordinate services, and ensure client confidentiality while engaging with schools and community partners to advance program goals.

Responsibilities include developing outreach strategies, tracking attendance, and preparing program reports for CAMBA management and funders. A background in crisis prevention and access to Doe fingerprint clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; four years of applicable experience, or an Associate’s degree with two years of experience.
• Experience managing outreach programs and staff.
• Ability to train staff and ensure contract compliance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and ensure confidentiality.
• Oversee outreach operations and program staff.
• Prepare contract reports and program documentation.
• Coordinate public education activities and materials.
