CAMBA is seeking an Outreach Supervisor to oversee crisis management and school-based services in Brooklyn, NY. You will maintain client confidentiality, coordinate with schools and CV providers, and support at-risk youth to improve school attendance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant experience, or an Associate’s degree with 2+ years.
• Experience supervising staff and managing program operations.
• Ability to work with diverse communities in Brooklyn, NY.

Responsabilités

• Maintain professional relationships with clients and client confidentiality.
• Oversee outreach and school-based services coordination with CV providers and schools.
• Monitor attendance and progress; prepare contract reports and data for management and funders.
• Lead staff training and ensure contract requirements are met and understood by team.
