Job summary

The Coffee Oasis is seeking a Full-Time Crisis Navigator to support youth on their path to stability. You will check in with youth, respond to crises, and connect them with resources across schools and community sites.

You’ll also lead Life Skills classes and participate in partner meetings to strengthen community ties and youth outcomes. Ideal candidates bring an Associate Degree in Social Work or 2+ years in social services, strong compassion balanced with firmness, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Social Work or 2+ years in social services.
• Ability to balance compassion and firmness when assessing clients.
• Ability to evaluate client statements and determine next steps.
• Willingness to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with common software and tools used in client services.

Responsibilities

• Check in with youth and respond to crises.
• Help connect youth with community resources and services.
• Meet with schools and community partners to build relationships.
• Lead support groups and Life Skills classes.
• Support outreach events and partner meetings with The Coffee Oasis team.
