Community Bridges Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona with a range of programs including crisis services.

The Crisis Mobile Specialist role focuses on responding to crisis calls, triaging the situation, and guiding individuals to appropriate care. Ideal candidates hold a High School Diploma or GED (Associates preferred) with at least 2 years in Behavioral Health, and may have lived experience with recovery from mental health or substance use issues.

Competenze

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred.

Mansioni

• Respond to crisis calls dispatched by the crisis dispatch provider.
• Triages the immediate crisis situation and recommends the appropriate intervention.
• Helps the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable.
