Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is an integrated behavioral healthcare agency serving Arizona with crisis services across residential, outpatient, and inpatient settings.

The Crisis Mobile Specialist role focuses on rapid crisis triage, intervention recommendations, and helping individuals access the appropriate level of care. On-call 24/7, you will collaborate with first responders, hospitals, and communities across Arizona.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associates Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field required.
• Minimum of six months of recovery from substance use and/or mental health disorders preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers and the community.
• Triage crisis situations quickly, recommend an appropriate intervention, and assist in transitioning the person in crisis to the most appropriate level of care.
• These positions are on-call and require responding to crisis situations 24 hours a day.
