Job summary

Community Bridges, Inc. (CBI) is seeking a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis calls, triage situations, and guide individuals toward the appropriate level of care. This role supports the organization’s mission across its Arizona programs and services.

The ideal candidate brings a minimum of 2 years in behavioral health and may have lived experience with recovery from mental health or substance use disorders. A valid driver’s license and clean MVR are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates Degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Behavioral Health Field.
• Lived experience in recovery from mental health and substance use disorders, homelessness, family members and veterans preferred

Responsibilities

• The Crisis Mobile Specialist is responsible for responding to crisis calls dispatched by the dedicated crisis dispatch provider.
• The role triages the immediate crisis situation, recommends the appropriate intervention, and helps the individual in crisis transition to the most appropriate level of care, when applicable
