Job summary

Community Bridges Inc. is looking for a Crisis Mobile Specialist to respond to crisis situations in Arizona. The role involves triaging calls from first responders, hospitals, and other providers, providing interventions, and ensuring individuals receive appropriate care.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with an associate’s degree preferred and at least two years of experience in behavioral health. This position requires flexibility as it involves on-call responsibilities and 24-hour crisis response.

Job Summary

The Crisis Mobile Specialist responds to crisis calls from first responders, jails, hospitals, other providers, and the community. The role triages crisis situations, recommends appropriate interventions, and assists in transitioning individuals in crisis to the most suitable level of care. Positions are on‑call and required to respond to crises 24 hours a day.
