Endeavors seeks a licensed or license-eligible clinician to support displaced residents in hurricane response shelters. You will deliver trauma-informed mental health services, crisis counseling, and PFA, coordinating with shelter teams, healthcare partners, and emergency management staff.

Maintain confidential records and refer to higher levels of care as needed. Requirements include a Master’s in social work or related field with clinical experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in social work with clinical experience applicable to program.
• Clinical experience in crisis intervention or disaster settings preferred.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred for service delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Provide psychological first aid, crisis counseling and brief therapy to evacuees.
• Assess emotional distress and determine levels of care.
• Coordinate with shelter staff, disaster medical, case management and security teams.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and incident logs.
• Refer clients to medical, psychiatric, or community services when needed.
