Endeavors seeks an Intrepid Clinician to support the mental health and well-being of residents while ensuring compliance with standards. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, providing counseling, and crisis interventions. Candidates should have a Master’s degree in Social Work or a relevant field and must be licensed or eligible. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is preferred, with experience in working with immigrant populations and child welfare.

Competenze

• Master's of Social Work with clinical experience, or a relevant master’s degree with clinical experience, or a bachelor's degree plus 5 years of clinical employment.
• Licensed LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LPC-I, LMFT-A, or LMSW, or eligible for licensure.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience including crisis intervention.

Mansioni

• Support services for general population disaster shelters.
• Provide mental health emergency assessments and evaluations.
• Implement crisis response and trauma-informed care.
• Prepare psychosocial diagnostic assessments, service plans, and progress reports.
• Conduct intake interviews and initial assessments.
