Endeavor Health seeks a BH Crisis Case Manager to conduct crisis assessments for patients at Edward and Elmhurst Hospitals. You will determine clinical needs, document findings, and coordinate with doctors for disposition and referrals.

The role requires a Master’s in behavioral health, strong communication, and at least two years of assessment experience in crisis settings. Full-time, on-site with structured hours and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in a behavioral health field.
• High level of communication skills to interact in difficult situations.
• Knowledge of DSM-5 criteria, ICD-10, and interqual/MCG standards.
• Minimum of two years of previous assessment experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis clinical assessments for patients at Edward Hospital and Elmhurst Hospital.
• Assess clinical needs and obtain initial diagnostic impression during disposition with physicians.
• Review documentation prior to assessment and complete case formulation.
• Provide treatment referrals aligned with medical and psychiatric status.
• Coordinate with families and social supports through interviews.
