Job summary

MHMR of Tarrant County is seeking a Clinical Therapist to perform diagnostic assessments and therapy sessions as part of Access to Care and in the adult outpatient clinics. The Intake role includes completing the initial diagnostic assessment, ANSA, and developing a Person-Centered Wellness Plan, along with engaging individuals into services and crisis intervention.

We require a Master’s degree in Health and Human services or Nursing and one year of related experience, plus Texas licensure

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Health and Human services field or Nursing.
• One (1) year years’ experience in Health and Human services field.
• Licensed by Texas Board of Social Work Examiners: LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMFT-A, LPC, or LPC-A; Valid Texas Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Completes diagnostic assessments or therapy sessions per agency demand.
• Completes the initial diagnostic assessment, ANSA, and Person-Centered Wellness Plan at Access to Care and in the adult outpatient clinics.
• Engages individuals into services, provides resources, crisis intervention, and other formal and informal assessments.
