Job summary

CBEM is seeking a Critical Intervention Specialist in Redding, CA and surrounding counties. The role focuses on crisis intervention, stabilization planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and BCBA/psychologists.

It is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Program Director. The compensation starts at $72,510.98 per year with opportunities for quarterly bonuses, and the company offers a comprehensive benefits package including holidays, vacation, health insurance,

Qualifications

Master's degree in MFT/MSW/Counseling/Clinical Psychology/ABA required.
Experience in mental health or ABA field required.
California Driver's license in good standing and insurance.

Responsibilities

Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative, acute, or chronic crisis management.
Develop a Stabilization Plan and Case Review.
Consult with a Psychiatrist, BCBA, and Psychologist.
Participate in a hotline rotation to address acute crisis calls.
Participate in clinical trainings.
Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.
