Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or certified peer recovery required.
• Experience in crisis services or behavioral health preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, and crisis intervention.
• Conduct outreach calls to promote safety.
• Ensure ethical and clinical standards are met per accreditation.
• Attend team meetings and trainings for quality assurance.
• Deliver high-level customer service with professional etiquette.
• Facilitate service linkage and referrals to community resources.
