Job summary

Centerstone in Marion, IL is seeking a Crisis Care Consultant to join a 24/7/365 high-volume crisis line. You will provide telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, safety planning, and crisis intervention for individuals in acute mental health crisis.

The role emphasizes compassionate support, service linkage to programs and community resources, and collaboration with cross-functional teams while maintaining high professional standards and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required.
• One year of experience preferred.
• Certified Peer Recovery Specialist may fulfill the education requirement.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic clinical screenings, risk assessments, means restriction, and crisis intervention.
• Conduct outreach calls to promote safety for individuals assessed by mobile crisis.
• Attend team meetings, in-service training, supervision, and quality assurance sessions.
• Assist in documenting and coordinating service linkage to programs and community resources.
