Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work required
• LMSW license in Michigan required upon hire
• 2 years healthcare-related experience post master's preferred
• Care management experience preferred
• Experience in individual/family assessment, crisis intervention, grief counseling, and discharge planning preferred
