You will work under a Clinical Supervisor, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to plan safe discharge and coordinate long-term mental health care.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, high-risk caseloads, and new service delivery models including low threshold intensive case management;

Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in social work, psychology or related field from an accredited university.
• Registered with the Board of Behavioral Science as an ASW or intern MFT for CSW I; for CSW II, licensure eligibility per California Board requirements.

Aufgaben

• Provide ongoing mental health services including psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and case management.
• Develop comprehensive service plans and coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
• Screen referrals, conduct intake and assessments, and respond to walk-in clients as needed.
• Maintain records per state requirements and participate in trainings and meetings.
• Educate community and supervise interns where appropriate.
