Pueblo Regional Center, operated by the State of Colorado, seeks a CSO I to ensure safety and security for residents and staff. The role includes crisis intervention, safety care, and supporting staff through training and incident response.

Responsibilities include safety monitoring, incident reporting, and assisting with moves and life-safety tasks, with a requirement for a high school diploma and access to required certifications.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Preferred: Safety Care trainer certification and CPR knowledge.
• Experience with de-escalation and conflict management is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor safety and security for Waiver homes in Pueblo West.
• Complete daily safety checks and report concerns to the team.
• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to document incidents and improvements.
• Respond to crises, perform Safety Care techniques as needed, and ensure staff safety.
