Episcopal Health Services, Inc. (EHS) is recruiting for a leadership role overseeing the Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) program based in Far Rockaway, NY.

The position leads day-to-day operations, supervision, and cross-functional coordination to stabilize crises and prevent hospitalization in children and families. You will supervise staff, coordinate with the Program Director for quality initiatives, and engage with community partners while traveling locally in south Queens.

Qualifications

• NYS licensure in psychology or social work or related field (as listed).
• Bilingual in Spanish required.
• Valid NYS Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with mental health assessment tools and electronic health records.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and data entry software.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Some local travel required in south Queens to client homes and community sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day operations of the Home-Based Crisis Intervention (HBCI) program.
• Lead team clinical and organizational meetings.
• Provide direct clinical supervision and case consultation to staff.
• Conduct side-by-side field visits and regular one-on-one supervision.
• Cover cases temporarily when needed due to staffing changes.
• Represent the program at community functions and maintain ongoing outreach.
• Collaborate closely with the Program Director for quality assurance and strategic planning.
