Northside Center for Child Development seeks a part-time HBCI Coordinator in New York, NY to support home-based crisis intervention services for youth and families. The role involves clinical supervision, staff support, program oversight, and regulatory compliance monitoring under OMH and agency standards.

Formación

• Active NY state license (LMSW/LCSW or LMHC) required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with youth in acute mental health crises.
• Experience delivering home-based services and traveling to clients.
• Experience providing clinical supervision, SIFI training preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Work with HBCI Program Supervisor to meet program requirements.
• Develop and implement program goals and strategies.
• Supervise Interventionists delivering on-site and crisis-based services.
• accompany staff on initial home visits and cover visits as needed.
• Monitor productivity and performance of Interventionists.
• Review staff documentation in EHR for timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with OMH/DOHMH regulations.
• Provide 24-hour on-call coverage for the HBCI program.
• Collaborate with leadership and QA teams to ensure best practices.
