Job summary

Sweetser is seeking a Crisis Coordinator for the CCBHC to deliver direct crisis intervention, assessment, and stabilization services within the community across Maine. The role involves coordinating with Mobile Crisis Providers and ensuring timely communication with the Sweetser CCBHC Clinic Team.

The position requires an Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and prior mobile crisis or behavioral health experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum: Associate’s Degree
• Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience in mobile crisis or behavioral health settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to crisis intervention requests and assist in stabilization.
• Determine need for Mobile Crisis Assessment and coordinate scheduling.
• Collaborate with Mobile Crisis Providers and Sweetser CCBHC Clinic Team.
• Develop crisis stabilization plans with the person served and family.
• Maintain progress notes and complete assessments in client charts.
• Provide crisis follow-up and referrals to needed services.
