TAG MedStaffing is hiring a Crisis Mental Health Clinician in Northern Michigan to support individuals with a range of behavioral health needs. You will conduct assessments, provide crisis intervention, and coordinate services as part of a multidisciplinary team.

This on-site role offers $70,000–$80,000 per year with a Monday–Friday schedule and in-office work. Documentation will be maintained using electronic systems and coordination with community resources will be essential.

Formación

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Michigan licensure currently or eligibility required.
• Minimum 1 year of mental health or crisis intervention experience.
• Knowledge of behavioral health assessment and community-based services.
• Experience documenting assessments and care in electronic systems.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct behavioral health assessments to evaluate client needs and determine care recommendations.
• Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and de-escalation support.
• Coordinate behavioral health services, referrals, and connections to community resources.
• Develop appropriate care recommendations and support through referral and treatment.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation per standards.
