Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in direct client services, preferably in social services or crisis intervention.
• Strong computer proficiency with electronic case management systems.
• Bi-lingual in Russian or Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client intakes and assessments for financial assistance.
• Guide clients through the application process and requirements.
• Provide support via phone and make referrals to services.
