Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage clients at intake; collect demographic and psychosocial information; record vital signs.
• Provide daily assessments and update Individual Treatment Plans; deliver 1:1 support and crisis de-escalation.
• Facilitate psychoeducational and recovery-oriented groups; document attendance and response.
