Qualifications

• Experience in dispatch, call center, crisis hotline, or emergency coordination is preferred.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate OhioGuidestone values and ethics in daily work.
• Receive incoming crisis referrals and dispatch mobile response teams per MRSS protocols.
• Use dispatch software and communication tools to coordinate field operations.
• Monitor real-time case activity and support mobile team members in the field.
• Maintain accurate documentation of dispatch activity in electronic records.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Adhere to privacy laws and HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive data.
• Participate in shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and provide feedback on system performance.
• Provide coverage beyond scheduled shifts during emergencies.
• Demonstrate positivity and flexibility; promote a team-based environment.
• Present the Agency positively to internal and external contacts.
