Job summary

Responsibilities

• Performs vital signs, accuchecks, EKGs, and helps with activities of daily living under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Provides ongoing monitoring and interaction with consumers, records daily progress and treatment goals.
• Demonstrates ability to deescalate crises and collaborates with the treatment team.
• Maintains patient privacy, documents clearly, and adheres to AltaPointe policies and procedures.
• Attends trainings, completes required tasks on time, and may work on different units as needed.
• Delivers care with compassion and respect for consumers and families.
