Job summary

CrowdStrike Inc. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Response Operations (Remote) to lead the enterprise crisis response program across business resilience.

The role entails owning standards, plans, playbooks, activation processes, and regular exercises to ensure rapid, decisive action during incidents. The candidate will carry on-call responsibilities, partner with senior leaders, and drive continuous improvement through after-action reviews and pre-packaged executive options.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in crisis/incident management or technology operations leadership.
• Experience operating in a SaaS or technology product environment.
• Willingness to work designated on-call shifts, including outside normal hours.
• Experience owning a corporate crisis management or business resilience program.

Responsibilities

• Own the crisis response program: strategy, standards, plans, playbooks, activation processes, and operating cadences.
• Carry on-call and surge Incident Command during activations when needed.
• Enable coordinated response with crisis team leads, escalation paths, and handoffs.
• Produce SitReps, executive briefings, and After-Action Reports with factual, versioned content.
• Design and facilitate exercises and training; drive after-action reviews and corrective actions.
• Engage executives with pre-packaged options and decisions; shield leaders from logistical lift.
• Build and lead the Response Operations team and ensure on-call coverage across the enterprise.
