Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a Crisis Continuum Director to lead our Hope Forward Residential site in Turlock, CA. This executive role reports to the Chief Program Officer and provides strategic direction and operational oversight for youth and family residential programs, ensuring service excellence and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum five years of senior leadership experience in complex residential/human services programs.
• Experience leading large multidisciplinary teams and managing budgets.
• Knowledge of licensing standards, accreditation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Aspiranet's Residential Division in California.
• Lead development and expansion of residential programs and services.
• Oversee budgets, financial planning, and long-term fiscal sustainability.
• Partner with county agencies, regulators, funders, and community stakeholders.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and regulatory compliance.
