Job summary

Aspiranet is seeking a visionary Division Director to lead the Residential Services Division across California. This executive role reports to the Chief Program Officer and shapes program excellence, compliance, and growth for youth and families in our residential services.

The role requires statewide leadership, strong financial stewardship, and a track record of building high-performing teams in human services. This position is primarily on-site with statewide travel.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum five (5) years of progressively responsible senior leadership experience overseeing complex residential, behavioral health, child welfare, or human services programs with multiple locations.
• Experience with program development, strategic planning, organizational growth, and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of licensing standards, accreditation requirements, contract compliance, and regulatory requirements for residential or human service programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the Residential Division in alignment with Aspiranet's mission, values, and priorities.
• Lead the development, implementation, evaluation, and expansion of residential programs and services throughout California.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities through RFPs, RFQs, strategic partnerships, grants, and new funding opportunities.
• Oversee fiscal budgets, financial planning, forecasting, and long-term sustainability.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Program Directors and Residential leadership teams.

Education

Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, Public Administration, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Human Services, or a related field
