Our goal is to offer compassionate and immediate response to those in need while connecting them with life-saving resources and ongoing supports. JOIN OUR TEAM of dedicated professionals in fostering hope and transforming lives. We are seeking dedicated and empathetic 988 Crisis Hotline Professionals to provide immediate emotional support, crisis intervention and suicide prevention assistance to individuals reaching out for help. This role requires strong active listening skills, crisis de-escalation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

We are currently hiring for two shifts to support 24/7 operations:

• 2nd shift: 4:00pm - 12:00am
• 3rd shift: 12:00am - 8:00am
