Job summary

Catholic Charities in Del Rio, TX is seeking a Case Manager to provide counseling and case management to help clients transition from crisis to self-sufficiency. You will handle intake, referrals, donations coordination, and data entry, while supporting program goals and donor relations.

Responsibilities include assisting with SNAP/Medicaid enrollment, data reporting, and collaborating with the Program Director and volunteers to deliver pantry services and referrals.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management or related field.
• Must pass criminal background check and have reliable transportation.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake to assist clients with referrals and resources.
• Interview clients in financial crisis and determine eligibility.
• Assist enrollment in SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, and TANF as applicable.
• Enter intake data into the database and prepare monthly reports.
• Coordinate donations and restock pantry and clothing closet.
• Serve as emergency/humanitarian liaison as needed.
