Job summary

Catholic Charities Del Rio Regional Office seeks a compassionate Case Manager to assist clients with food, clothing, and referrals. You will manage intake, document needs, and coordinate donations while supporting the Program Director and donors.

You will engage with diverse populations, including immigrants, and ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and donor relations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• GED or High School Diploma required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in case management or related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver license and reliable transportation.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake to assist clients with referrals and resources.
• Interview clients in financial and material crisis.
• Evaluate needs and make appropriate referrals.
• Assist with pantry stocking, bagging, and restocking.
• Enroll eligible clients in SNAP, Medicaid, WIC, and TANF.
• Compile data for monthly and yearly reports.
• Assist with donations processing and donor communications.
• Serve as emergency/humanitarian liaison for Catholic Charities.
• Maintain client confidentiality and professional conduct.
