Claratel Behavioral Health in Georgia operates the Co-Responders Program in partnership with the local Police Department to deliver crisis intervention and linkage to resources for individuals in behavioral health crisis.

As Program Manager, you will oversee daily operations, supervise clinicians and case managers, coordinate with law enforcement and community partners, conduct on-site assessments, and ensure evidence-based, trauma-informed care across field responses and follow-up services.

Qualifikationen

• Current Georgia LPC or LCSW license.
• 3+ years of mental health/substance use experience in assessment, crisis intervention, and stabilization.
• 1+ year of supervisory experience.
• Knowledgeable about withdrawal signs and acute psychosis.
• Basic computer skills; CPI training; CPR currently valid.

• Plan and manage daily program operations and reports.
• Lead weekly check-ins and monthly team meetings.
• Supervise co-responder staff in field crises.
• Coordinate with police, 911, DRCC and partners for coordinated care.
• Provide screening, clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and disposition with families.
