RI International is seeking a PRN Medical Customer Service Specialist to serve as the program receptionist and provide clerical support at the Crisis Care Center in Franklin County, Columbus, OH. The role requires handling calls, data entry, and basic office tasks while adhering to HIPAA and company policies.

This temporary assignment runs up to 12 weeks with a potential path to full-time based on performance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of clerical or office experience required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Greet visitors, answer phones, triage calls and log information accurately.
• Assist with initial registration and data entry into the computer system.
• Support billing/audit processes and stay updated on regulations and policies.
