Job summary

The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia is hiring for a full-time role at our Dublin, GA Crisis Center. This facility provides critical support and stabilization for individuals in behavioral health crises in a safe, structured environment.

You will lead therapeutic groups, provide peer support, document sessions, and assist with case management as needed. In-person at Quentin's Place, with emphasis on recovery, teamwork, and compassionate, person-centered care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse populations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic groups and document participation and responses.
• Provide peer support within the Crisis Service Center and TO/CSU units.
• Engage individuals through structured activities supporting recovery understanding.
• Maintain and organize group materials and ensure information is current and accessible.
• Complete timely documentation of group sessions.
