Job summary

The Community Service Board of Middle Georgia (CSBMG) is seeking dedicated professionals to join our team at our new state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Crisis Center in Dublin, GA. This role greets visitors, coordinates with Crisis Service Center staff, and helps maintain a safe, organized front desk in a fast-paced behavioral health setting.

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse communities.
• Ability to work independently and with others.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Office Products.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Greet individuals entering the lobby in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Coordinate with Crisis Service Center staff on arrival and collect basic information.
• Assist with pat-down searches for admissions per safety protocols.
• Support the Unit Secretary with monitoring and updating the CSP board.
• Maintain a clean, organized lobby and front desk area.
• Monitor inventory and restock front desk supplies; notify supervisor of needs.
