Network180 (Behavioral Health Crisis Center) is seeking a part-time Crisis Center Clinician for Saturday overnight shifts (7pm-7am) to provide crisis intervention, assessments, therapy, and referrals for adults 18+. The role supports a 24/7 facility and may involve telehealth.

On-site work at 260 Jefferson Ave SE Suite 100 in Grand Rapids, MI. The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology, plus LMSW or eligible licensure in Michigan.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.
• MSW/LMSW or equivalent licensed/eligible in Michigan with licensure within 3 months.
• Knowledge of assessment and diagnosis using established practices.
• Professional ethics and standards of practice knowledge.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Ability to stay calm and rational in stressful situations.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets, email, databases, EHR, and data entry.

• Clear and concise communication in stressful situations.

Network 180’s Behavioral Health Crisis Center is a 24/7 facility that serves adults 18 years and older and includes a walk-in Brief Intervention Clinic and a secure Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). The setting provides assessment and unscheduled clinical services designed to prevent or resolve mental health or substance-related crises. The Crisis Center aims to provide these services to individuals whose crisis will typically resolve within a few hours, however, may require up to seventy-two (72) hours of treatment; and where services can be voluntary or involuntary.

The CSU fills a key gap in the Kent County Crisis Continuum of Care and will provide more efficient,effective,equitablecrisisbehavioralhealthcareinasettingdesignedandstaffedto provide this type of treatment.

The CSU also aims to divert individuals from jail, emergency departments, and inpatient psychiatrichospitalsettingstoanappropriateleastrestrictivetreatmentsettingwheneveritcan be achieved safely and successfully.

We are seeking a Crisis Center Clinician.The employee hired for this position will work onsite at 260 Jefferson Ave SE Suite 100.This role provides crisis intervention, assessments, therapy, and referral services for adults presenting to the Crisis Center, which includes a Brief Intervention Clinic and a Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU). Activities may take place in a variety of settings and via face-to-face contact or telehealth (video or telephonic).

This position is 12 hours a week, working Saturday’s 7pm-7am. This position is located in-person at 260 Jefferson Ave SE Suite 100.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Master’sdegreeinSocialWork,Psychology,Counseling,orCounselingPsychology.
• Certification or Licensure in the State of Michigan as a Limited Licensed Master Social Worker, professional counselor, marriage and family therapist, or psychologist; OR beeligiblefora limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within three (3) months of hire.
• Thoroughworkingknowledgeofthepracticesandprinciplesofpsychological,emotional,and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
• Thoroughworkingknowledgeofprofessionalethicsandstandardsofpractice.
