Job summary

Family Resource Center is seeking a Behavioral Technician for the weekend 2nd shift in Findlay, OH. You will support residents with daily living activities and participate in crisis stabilization as directed by the Residential Manager.

Responsibilities include supervising meals and personal care, monitoring medications, and contributing to treatment plans using motivational interviewing. A caring team environment and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and car insurance.
• Willing to work weekends 2nd shift (Fri & Sat 4pm-12am).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic health/HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee direct care of residents during designated hours.
• Assist with cooking, housekeeping, laundry, and personal hygiene.
• Monitor residents’ medications and treatment plans.
• Observe behavior, document progress, and communicate with the team.
